It’s raining.
Thursday, June 26th, 2008It’s been raining for a few solid hours now, and everything is getting soggy. Oh well, at least it keeps the air cleaner and washes all the chavs out of the gutters.

Not only the longest blog title I’ve ever written, ever… but my second embedded video in a row! I’m turning into a blogger! Help me!
Or maybe I’ve just run out of things to do.
Dude, you sound like an idiot. Game looks mildly entertaining though.
Eurovision is entertaining me tonight. Of particular note so far are Bosnia-Herzegovina and Latvia.
After dealing with Tesco.com on the phone yesterday to hunt down and fix a problem with my order, and having a huge shout at the phone menu systems:
Fucking phone menu systems!
I today received a handy little letter from Tesco Clubcard offering me my £3.50 in points vouchers (I’m rich!) and a load of other bonus points vouchers. Trouble is, only the points voucher will work online. All the others need to be scanned, along with my Clubcard, when I go to an actual Tesco store.
Clubcard numbers you create with Tesco.com don’t get an actual card sent to them.
So, off to the Tesco ‘contact us’ page to get the number for the Clubcard people: 0800591688***. The *** is important, although I recommend you put a pause before them, because it bypasses the damn menu system and lets you talk straight to a real person, ie how all the phone systems in the universe should work.
A simple chat later, reading out my Clubcard number, and confirming my name and address and a new card is winging its way to me. Hooray!
It’s Disney taking the piss out of Disney. Fantastic.
Truuuue loooove’s kiiiiiss.
As strange, unexpected, slightly bizzare websites go, this one does pretty well.
The girls are hot, but the rest of the scenes are either disturbing or having an element of fetish (Or more likely both).
Make of it what you will.
I’m currently listening to some random Polish music on Siren FM, the University of Lincoln’s radio station (And the first UK university radio station to get an FM broadcast licence). It seems to be part of the Polish Programme, Mondays between 8pm and 9pm.
I love university, life can be so random sometimes.
If you’re not within Lincoln you won’t be able to tune in to Siren on 107.3 FM, but you can all listen online.
